🇮🇳 For Indian doctors

From MBBS to a German or Austrian licence — without the avoidable detours

Solvia helps Indian-trained doctors get their Approbation or Berufserlaubnis recognised in Germany and Austria. Honest scope, one-time pricing, no recruitment fees in disguise.

What changes when you start with Solvia

NMC / state council documents in the right order

Good Standing Certificate, registration extract, internship certificate, MBBS degree and transcripts — apostilled in India, sworn-translated in Germany. We tell you what to ask for from your medical college and your state medical council, and which translator to use so the Bezirksregierung does not reject the file.

Bundesland-specific path (NRW, Bayern, Berlin all differ)

NRW handles all foreign physician applications through Bezirksregierung Münster. Bayern routes through Regierung von Oberbayern. Wien (Austria) is its own MA40 process. Your roadmap reflects exactly the Land you are applying to — not generic advice copy-pasted from a blog.

Fachsprachprüfung (FSP) and Kenntnisprüfung (KP) plan

C1 medical German is the gate, not B2 general German. We map when to start AMBOSS, when to enrol in Apollon or a comparable KP course, and how to budget €2,000–5,000 for language and exams across the timeline.

Berufserlaubnis as the bridge

You can practise in Germany under supervision via a Berufserlaubnis (temporary professional permit) before the full Approbation is issued. It is faster and lighter than the Approbation. We tell you when this is the smarter first step instead of waiting 12–24 months for the full licence.

Honest cost picture

The full Approbation journey for an Indian-trained doctor in Germany typically costs €8,000–18,000 all-in. Solvia is one line in that total — usually the smallest one.
